General Purchasing Terms and Conditions
Domestic
Orders:
Currently online orders are processed
through PayPal. Our service is only set up to process orders within the
continental United States. A flat fee of $6.00 for postage and handling will be added to each order at the PayPal checkout step. PA residents will also have a 6% sales tax added to the cost of the goods ordered.
Foreign Orders:
Please email your order directly to sales@highlanderstudiosinc.com.
We will provide the current shipping cost for your approval
before manually billing you through PayPal. A handling fee of $5.00
will be added to the total cost of the order.
Shipping Method:
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS
Priority mail with confirmation. Foreign orders are sent Global
Priority.
Return Policy:
If the product you receive is defective
or is missing parts, please return it in the original packaging within
30 days for a refund or replacement. |
